Ignatian Consulting was founded under the principle that Jesuit Business is something different than normal business. It is something that must be lived to be learned. Jesuit Business combines the empowerment of a Jesuit education; the ideals of being men and women for others, caring for the whole person, and truly having a positive lasting impact on the world we share due to a devotion to social responsibility, with the traditional capitalist business model. It does so over a life time of careers across various fields. Ignatian Consulting Club is a student opportunity created to allow students to start practicing this style of business. The end goal in establishing the firm is to enable students of all background and major to take part in meaningful consulting projects for Corporations, Small Businesses as well as not for profit organizations, that will aide current educational advancement initiatives already taking place at the University.

Ignatian Consulting Club is a strategic consulting firm composed of select undergraduates that integrates various backgrounds and fields of study to help businesses improve amongst a changing and challenging economic backdrop. Students are guided and led by both a student executive board and a faculty supervising board. Furthermore, the overall mission and organizational objectives are molded and monitored by an esteemed executive board comprised of distinct University alumni and regional professionals.

Opportunities for businesses include large team, medium team, small team, single consultant as well as faculty led teams. Companies may also custom tailor a group based off of profiles and availability. When dynamic and challenging requests are made, Ignatian has the ability to contact/ recruit faculty, alumni and students on and off campus to accommodate.
