General Fair Information

  • The 5th Annual Fair Trade Vendor Fair will be held on April 20th, 2012
  • Fair Grounds will be open for set-up at 10:00am and open to the public at 11:00am
  • Fair closing is at 5:30pm
  • The fair is admission free and open to the public
  • There is a $15 fee per vendor space which comes with three 8ft tables

 Vendor Application Information

  • All applications must be submitted by March 20th, 2012
  • Vendors should offer products related to the 10 standards of Fair Trade as found on www.ifat.org. The USFT club reserves the right to decline vendors who, we feel, do not meet these standards.
  • You will receive confirmation of an available space by e-mail or phone about 2 weeks after application submission and no later than 1 week before the fair.

Facility Information

  • Upon arrival to the fair, vendors will be directed to unloading sites and to the parking pavilion by University volunteers.
  • The Vendor Fair will be held outdoors on the Dionne Green at the University of Scranton
  • In case of rain, the fair will be held inside the McIlhenny Ballroom
  • Each vendor will receive approximately an 8’ x 12’ space
  • Food and restroom facilities will be available in the DeNaples Student Center

We would appreciate each vendor donating an item from your booth to be entered into
the raffle to raise money for the fair. Please bring these items to the USFT booth upon arrival.
