Exercise Science Club

About the Club
The Exercise Science Club is an active club on Scranton’s campus that strives to serve our school and community. The club participates in various service and community events throughout the school year allowing Exercise Science students a chance to share the knowledge they have gained in classrooms with the Scranton community. The club strives to provide a service to the community and to promote awareness of topics pertaining to Exercise Science. One of the club’s most prominent events of the year is the Healthy Heart Fair held in February to promote awareness of heart health to the Scranton community. The club participates in several other community oriented events and strives to provide unique opportunities for Exercise Science students to further enhance their knowledge. Opportunities include trips to various places such as the Bodies Exhibit and Lake Placid, as well as the annual Club Dinner featuring a guest speaker. The Exercise Science Club is an important club on campus that provides great resources to the Scranton community and permits Exercise Science majors to develop a sense of camaraderie among their fellow classmates.
