Colleges Against Cancer (CAC) Club
Mission
Colleges Against Cancer is a program run by the American Cancer Society to promote cancer awareness on college campuses across the nation. There are many CAC Chapters across the country, 14 of which are in the state of Pennsylvania.
The mission of the CAC chapter at the University of Scranton is as follows:
It is the mission of the University of Scranton Chapter of the American Cancer Society's
Colleges Against Cancer to advocate, promote and participate in cancer awareness. Through approved American Cancer Society events, such as the previously established Annual Relay for Life, as well as other cancer promotional activities, the students and staff alike will combine their efforts to spread cancer awareness across the Scranton community.
Please join me in this endeavor by signing up to be part of the Colleges Against Cancer Club here at the University of Scranton and begin your involvement in making the lives of cancer patients better! Remember...
"There is no finish line, until we find a cure."
