The main focus of the University of Scranton Association for Computing Machinery Student Chapter is to provide opportunities for students interested in any computing topic to meet the leaders of the Computing Sciences field. We exhibit this through our talks, whether it be from Alumni or our Distinguished Speaker. We also provide opportunities to provide students with fun trips, whether it;s to Google, or Lockheed Martin. A few years ago, we even hosted a trip to the NSA. These trips oftentimes allow students to intern at the various sites we visit.
