PICPA Trustees of the Scholarship Fund and members of chapter selection committees granted scholarships 99 students. Fifty-five were first-time winners, with the remaining 44 renewing scholarships from previous years.  Candidates are judged on their intellectual capacity, leadership potential, financial need, and intent to pursue a career in accounting.  Four students from the University of Scranton renewed their scholarships ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.

Students appear in the Pennsylvania CPA Journal, Fall 2010,  Jennifer Barrett graduated in May 2010 and also received the PICPA Chapter Scholarship.  Taggart McGurrin will graduate in 2011, Tim McGurrin will graduate in 2013, and Mike Zaydon will graduate in 2010.
