
Statement of Purpose
The Staff Senate, a member of the University Governance Council (UGC), supports the Mission of the University and serves the University community by
- providing a forum for open communication and ongoing dialog,
- providing input on issues relevant to University staff,
- recommending staff representation for campus initiatives,
- identifying staff needs and proposing solutions, and
- sharing the responsibility of policy development.

February 2013 Staff Senate Meeting
The February 2013 Staff Senate Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 2:30 - 4:00PM in the PNC Bank Board Room, 5th Floor, Brennan Hall.
All Senators should review the Staff Senate By-Laws and the Staff Senate Constitution prior to the meeting.
Staff members are welcome to attend. If more than three (3) staff members from your department are planning on attending, please let Meg Cullen-Brown, Staff Senate President, know in advance so that adequate arrangements (seating, etc.) may be made to accommodate all guests.
Join us at Constituency Round Table Events
The Staff Senate is committed to holding two round table discussions per constituency group during each academic year. Round table discussions are intended as opportunities for constituent groups to gather to share information, voice common concerns and discuss current topics relevant to specific constituent groups. The schedules and agendas for these meetings are being prepared. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

MTTP constituency: Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 2:30PM in 133 Loyola Science Center
