IT Forums

IT Services is pleased to announce the return of the IT Forums. The lunch time sessions will focus around a particular topic and provide a non-technical overview for the attendees. We plan on providing three IT Forums in the Fall and Spring of each year. Topics will relate to current technologies and focus on how those technologies impact our user community. All members of our community are welcome to attend. Reservations are required and can be made through the portal by selecting the University Links tab and clicking IT Services Training and Event Registration. IT FORUM Registration

 

IT Forum Feb. 14 on PIR Tactical Plan

     The IT Forum for Thursday, February 14, 2013 will be held in Brennan Hall, room 509 (Rose Room), beginning at 11:30 am. Lunch will be served.

    In concert with the University’s planning processes the Planning and Information Resources (PIR) Division has just completed a revision of its three year Tactical Plan. At this IT Forum Jerry DeSanto Ed.D. and Robyn Dickinson will discuss the themes of the new plan as well as the IT industry changes that undergird the major components of the plan. Several new IT initiatives, including projects/solutions and organizational changes will also be highlighted.
