String Orchestra to Perform Friday

The University of Scranton String Orchestra will present a concert on Friday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m. in the Houlihan-McLean Center at The University of Scranton. Admission is free and the performance is open to the public. The program includes works by Corigliano, Nelhybel, Grainger, Tchaikovsky, Dvorak, Bach and John Williams. The University of Scranton String Orchestra is a 32-member ensemble made up of students from majors spanning the curriculum who have in common their love of making music.
