Wellness Day Rescheduled for April 21
Wellness Day for staff and faculty has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 21, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Registration will be held from 8:30-9 a.m. on the first floor of the DeNaples Center (TDC). Among the workshops that will be offered are Walking Works, Healthy Eating Every Day, Lackawanna River Heritage Trails, Office Ergonomics and more. A health fair will be held in the McIlhenney Ballroom on the fourth floor of TDC from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Find out your numbers. Blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings will be offered. $50 will be earned by those who complete a confidential online health assessment. Staff and faculty are encouraged to attend any portion of the day that they are able to. Advance registration is not required. The election results for the 2011 Staff Senate are as follows:
Professional and Para-Professional Staff:
Meg Cullen-Brown, Janine Freeman, Anne Marie Stamford, Joseph Wetherell and Jason Wimmer. Alternates include Melissa Bevacqua and Diane Jachimowicz.
Clerical Staff:
Kym Fetsko and Mary Rafter. Alternate is Susan Joy Falbo.
Maintenance, Technical, Trades and University Police:
Thomas Cawley, Raymond Gaylets, Roger O'Malley and Alex Wasalinko. Alternates include Albert Clark and Glen Pace.
