Scranton Royal ePay Streamlines Student Refunds Process
The University of Scranton's new Royal ePay service is a convenient online tool that streamlines and automates student payments. Powered by PNC Payment Portal, Royal ePay enables the University to deposit payments directly into a student’s checking account – whether financial aid refunds, tuition adjustments or work study payments. So payments are fast – and automatic.
It's easy. Beginning July 26, students will receive an activation e-mail from Royal ePay/PNC Payment Portal. With the activation code, a student can go to www.paymentportal.pnc.com/scranton, log in, and follow the easy instructions to set up a direct deposit profile. Once activated, students receive alerts letting them know when a payment is scheduled to be deposited to them, make changes online, and check on payment activity at any time.
All students are encouraged to activate as soon as they receive their e-mail. In the meantime, any questions can be addressed by calling 1-800-745-7577.
