January 19, 2010: Student News

Hosts Needed for Royal Nights

The Admissions Office still needs hosts for the upcoming Royal Nights program!
We have invited accepted students to spend a night on campus with a student host; that’s where you come in.

The Royal Nighters will arrive on a Sunday between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. and participate in planned activities that evening.  On Monday, they will attend classes and leave in the late afternoon.  We are looking for students who live on campus to host these guests in their rooms.  Hosts meet students when they arrive on Sunday afternoon, have the option to participate in the different activities that evening, provide sleeping space, and help direct Royal Nighters to checkout on Monday afternoon.  Hosts can be as involved with their Royal Nighter as they choose.  Plus, you will receive two free movie tickets for each weekend you host!!

The dates of Royal Nights are:

                                    Sunday, February 14th-Monday, February 15th
                                    Sunday, February 21st-Monday, February 22nd
Sunday, February 28th –Monday, March 1st

If you want to be a host and you have not signed up, please go to the following link:http://matrix.scranton.edu/admissions/fa_royal_nights_host.asp

We would greatly appreciate your help in making Royal Nights a success!
