Banner Upgrade Notice
There will be an upgrade to the University’s ERP system, BANNER, in January. During the upgrade, the my.scranton.edu portal will be affected, and the following Enterprise Systems will NOT be available:
• Banner ERP database
• Banner INB
• Banner Self-service (including Student Self-service)
• Banner Imaging
• Banner Workflow
• Auxiliary systems such as the Work Order System, Non-Instructional Events System, OIT Equipment Request Form, etc.
Specific information about the dates of the upgrade, and the expected length of system downtime, will be posted on my.scranton and Bboard on January 4th, and in Royal News on January 5th.
