Friday, September 9, 2011 has been designated as a Celebration of Service Day for faculty, staff and students as part of the Inauguration of The University of Scranton’s 25th President, Reverend Kevin P. Quinn, S.J.

If you are not able to participate at a volunteer location due to your busy schedule, please consider dropping off a donation of clothing (new or used in good condition), non-perishable food item or hygiene product (soap, deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, etc).  A collection area will be held on the DeNaples Patio from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., hosted by our resident students from Redington Hall (rain location- 1st floor DeNaples)  Items will be donated to the relief effort of Hurricane Irene and other local social service agencies.
