Helpful Resources
On this page we hope to offer you some additional “resources at a glance” related to financial aid and The University of Scranton processes. Some of these links are embedded in other of our web pages but felt it important to be able to provide you with a quick summary of important and most asked about information.
Although we do not maintain information on these alternative web sites, we will be more than happy to try to answer any questions you may have about their content. If any of these links do not work or you are directed to a resource that you feel is incorrect, please email us at finaid@scranton.edu.
Royal ePay is a partnership between the University Of Scranton and PNC Bank. Royal ePay will replace the pickup or mailing of refund checks from the Bursar’s Office with a faster, more efficient Direct Deposit process or mailed check if you prefer.
You will still request your refund from the Bursar’s Office, and your refund will come from PNC Bank. PNC Bank will deliver those funds into your bank account or mail you a check, depending on what you have selected in the Royal ePay site.
Activating the Direct Deposit will allow you to receive your funds within 2-3 days; while opting to receive a paper check could take 7-10 days. You will receive an email when a deposit is made through the Royal ePay system.
If you do not select the Direct Deposit option within the Royal ePay site, PNC Bank will automatically send a paper check to your mailing address.
