What is the Alumni Society and what does it do?

The Alumni Society fosters communication among alumni and encourages continued dialogue between alumni and the University community. The Society, in conjunction with its regional clubs, hosts alumni functions and promotes the interests of the University by focusing attention on its stature as a major regional center of learning. It assists the placement of graduates, collects and preserves materials for University history and honors distinguished student, faculty and alumni accomplishments.

Who is a member of the Alumni Society?

Upon graduation, you automatically become a member of the Alumni Society of the University of Scranton.

Do I have to sign-up?

No. There is no registration required. The Alumni Society asks alumni to keep their University record up to date via the Online Alumni Community.

How much does it cost to join?

Membership is free.

What if I move or get a new address?

Alumni can update their contact information via the Alumni Online Community. Students using the Online Community should not update their information in the community. Instead, students should update their information via the Registrar’s Office.
