Students tell us time and again that their campus visit is the most important factor in deciding to attend Scranton. We hope you will come to campus to experience Scranton for yourself.
Please click the link above to schedule a visit online, or call us at 1-888-SCRANTON. We will help you arrange a visit that works for you, including any of the following:
Group Information Session: This one-hour presentation by an admissions counselor provides an overview of the University and the admissions process, with time for questions.
Personal Appointment: This half-hour session with an admissions counselor is non-evaluative and is perfect for students and parents who may have questions about the University or want to discuss a specific situation with regard to Admissions.
Campus Tour: This one-hour tour of campus by a student tour guide will allow you to see the campus center, a freshman residence hall and room, athletic facilities, classrooms, the library and more.
Visitors should park in Visitor Parking areas on campus, and obtain a parking permit from the Parking Office on the second floor of the Pavilion before signing in for their visit at The Estate.
Please note that the information session is geared toward high school students. Graduate, transfer and adult students seeking information will find it most beneficial to meet directly with a counselor.
Transfer and adult undergraduate students should contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 1-888-SCRANTON to schedule a personal appointment in lieu of the information session.
Graduate students should contact the Office of Graduate Admissions at 570-941-4416 to schedule a personal appointment in lieu of the information session.
At this time, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions does not require a formal interview as part of our Admissions process. We only offer interviews to a select group of students after they apply for admission.
We do offer prospective students and families the opportunity to schedule a personal appointment with a member of our Admissions staff. The personal appointment is non-evaluative and is perfect for students and parents who may have questions about the University or want to discuss a specific situation with regard to Admissions. If you wish to schedule an appointment with faculty please note that appointments with faculty members, coaches, etc. must be made individually by contacting the correct party.
If you would like to schedule a personal appointment, please call 1-888-SCRANTON.
