The Unified Science Center

Mulberry Street Apartment and Fitness Complex
This new $33 million, 189,000 square-foot apartment and fitness complex features 400 beds in two-and four-bedroom apartments for our juniors and seniors as well as a 14,000 square-foot fitness center, causal dining facility, and a convenience store. Click here more facts on the new building.
