The GRADUATE ADMISSIONS APPLICATION is for students who are completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree and wish to pursue a Master’s degree and certificate programs in a specific field of study on campus.
The DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY ADMISSIONS APPLICATION is for students who are completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree and wish to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
