Mission Statement

The Media Edlab Resources Collection at The University of Scranton is committed to supporting the goals of the University as it seeks to provide a quality liberal arts Education in the Jesuit tradition. In keeping  with these goals the MRC works in partnership with faculty to provide traditional and contemporary media  materials for instructional support and student research. Holdings information is available via the online public catalog. Currently the collection contains 11,000 plus video, record, DVD, CD-ROM and film materials.

International Film Series

Each month during the Fall and Spring Semesters an award-winning film from the Media Resources Collection is shown and discussed.  Faculty members lend their expertise by leading the discussions and everyone is encouraged to participate.  Learn more about our upcoming film showing.
