A searchable database for bibliographic records from 1984-1995. Provides annual reviews of to over 29 fields in three subject areas (biology and medical sciences, physical sciences, and social sciences). Full-text from 1996 to the present. Updated annually.Covers trade and industrial publications, journals issued by professional and technical societies, and specialized subject periodicals in sciences, engineering and technology from 1983 to the present.
Full text for nearly 600 of the 2,950 journals indexed dating back to 1981. CINAHL covers nursing, bio, health sciences librarianship, alternative/complementary, consumer health and 17 allied health disciplines. Offers complete coverage of English language nursing journals and publications from the National League for Nursing and the American Nurses' Association. In addition, this database offers access to health care books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings, standards of practice, educational software, audiovisuals and book chapters.Provides full text access to information compiled by the Cochrane Collaboration, an international network of individuals and institutions committed to reviewing the best evidence from clinical trials in medicine. This service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. As of August5, 2010, there are 5,255 journals in the directory, 2,188 journals are searchable at article level, and 430,565 articles are included in the DOAJ service.Covers every doctoral dissertation completed in the U.S. at accredited institutions from 1861 to the present. Includes some master's theses and World Languages and Cultures dissertations. Updated monthly.
An Educational Resource Information Center provides access to education literature and resources from journals indexed in the Current Index of Journals in Education and Resources in Education Index. The database contains more than 1,243,000 records and links to more than 224,000 full-text documents from ERIC.

Coverage of nursing and allied health is particularly strong, including full text from multiple nursing journals. Fulltext of articles is available only for those journals to which the library subscribes. Indexing is interdisciplinary.
