Art Full Text (H.W. Wilson):

Indexes and abstracts articles from periodicals published throughout the world. Full-text coverage for selected periodicals. Periodical coverage includes English language periodicals, yearbooks, and museum bulletins, as well as periodicals published in French, Italian, German, Japanese, Spanish, Dutch, and Swedish. In addition to articles, Art Full Text indexes reproductions of works of art that appear in periodicals indexed. Indexing coverage begins 1984; abstracting coverage begins with January 1994. The abstracts range from 50 to 300 words and describe the content and scope of the source articles. Full-text coverage begins in 1997.

ATLA Religion Database

Contains references to journal articles, books, essays (as they appear in collected works), and book reviews in religion and related fields from 1949 to the present. There are selected records that span back to 1818.

The database contains citations to articles and reviews published in academic journals, selected books, conference proceedings, and exhibition/dealer catalogs.
Bibliography of the History of Art (BHA) offers both basic and advanced search modules and can be searched easily by subject, artist, author, article or journal title, and other elements.  The database search includes both BHA (covering 1990-2007) and the Repetoire de la literature de l'art (RILA), one of the predecessors of BHA, with records that cover 1975-1989.

International Bibliography of Art

International Bibliography of Art (IBA) is the successor to the Bibliography of the History of Art (BHA). It serves as the definitive resource for scholarly literature on Western art. Indexing includes over 500 core journals plus monographs, essay collections, conference proceedings, and exhibition catalogues. Subject coverage includes European art since late antiquity, American art since the colonial period, global art since 1945, fine art in all media, decorative arts, museum studies and conservation, archaeology, folk art, and architectural history.

Provides full text access for scholarly journals in the areas of African-American studies, anthropology, Asian studies, ecology, economics, education, finance, history, literature, mathematics, philosophy, political science, and sociology. The Life Science Collection is also available. This database covers a complete journal run from the first issue up to the most recent three to five years.

Project MUSE

Access to the full text of over 100 scholarly journals published by the Johns Hopkins University Press in the areas of arts and humanities, social sciences, and mathematics. The coverage is from 1990 to the present.
