Accounting is broadly regarded as the "language of business." A minor in accounting can provide students with a working knowledge of this language enabling them to enhance their employment and promotion opportunities.
Required courses are either Acc 251-252 or Acc 253-254, Acc 361 and Acc 363, plus two Acc 300 level courses or higher. - ECONOMICS: 18 credits
This minor provides excellent training for understanding the economic issues of our complex industrial society and other world economies.
Eco 153-154-361-362, plus two other upper level economics courses. - ELECTRONIC COMMERCE: 18 credits
This minor develops the knowledge and skills necessary to work in electronic businesses.
C/IL 104 (or equivalent), EC 251 and OIM 471 and any three of the following courses: EC 361, EC 362, EC 370, EC 371, EC461, EC 470, or EC 471. - FINANCE: 18 credits
Provides insight into managing fiscal resources of a company.

Focuses on the skills a successful manger needs to plan, organize, maintain, and improve an organization's structure and systems.
Mgt 351-352-460-461-462 and one additional upper level course in management. - MANAGEMENT OF PEOPLE AND TEAMS: 18 credits
Focuses on the skills a successful manager needs to meet the management challenges of people and teams in today's work place.
Mgt 351-352-361-362-471 and one additional upper level course in management. - OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: 18 credits
Operation management is primarily concerned with the effective management of production and operations systems in manufacturing and service organizations.
