APPLICATION: THE UNIVERSITY OF SCRANTON'S HONORS PROGRAM

Submit the original and a photocopy of the completed form by 1 October to the director of the Honors Program, Dr. Joseph E. Kraus.

Ask two professors to fill out evaluation forms and send them to the director by 1 October.

To apply you must ordinarily have sophomore status and a GPA of at least 3.3. A GPA of 3.5 (cum laude) is required for graduation in the Honors Program.

A student’s application is not complete until he or she:

  • Turns in to Dr. Kraus two paper copies of your completed application and two copies of your writing sample.
  • Arranges to have two different faculty members fill out faculty recommendation forms on your behalf.
