1. Click on the course you want to set up a Live Chat in.
2. Once inside the course, click Communicate, which is located in the menu bar on the top of the page.





3. Click on the button labeled Edit to create a new Live Chat.




4. Inside the edit options, you can edit the settings for your LIVE Chat.




5. When finished, click Save and you will be brought back to the Live Chat page.
6. Click Exit Live Chat Editor and you will be brought back to the Communicate page.
7. Once inside the Communicate page, select the Live Chat you created to initialize a Live Chat environment.
