How to allow some students to receive extended time on an Angel Assessment (Test/Quiz).

1. Create an environment variable to allow team settings. This only needs to be created one time per course.
   1. Click Manage
   2. Click Environment Variables
   3. Click Add a Variable
   
   4. Enter:
      1. TEAMACCESS_DISPLAY (Variable Name)
      2. 2 (Variable value)
   
   5. Click Save
2. Create teams to include the student who needs extended time and the rest of the class who will receive normal time. This only needs to be created one time per course.
   1. Click Manage
   2. Click Teams
   3. Click Add a Team
   
   4. Enter:
      1. Extend Time (Team)
      2. Yes (Hidden)
   
   5. Click Save
   6. Add the desired students to this team by checking on their respective checkboxes.
   7. Click Add Selected
   8. Click Done
   9. Repeat the same steps to create another team (Normal Team). Note: Make sure to select Yes for the hidden field
3. Configure the Exam Settings for each team.
   1. Click Lessons
   2. Click the desired folder where the exam will be
   3. Click Add Content
   4. Click Assessment
   5. Click Advanced settings
   6. Click the Access tab
   7. Opt for Selected Teams in the Team Access dropdown
   8. Place a check in front of both teams you created
   
   9. Click on the Extend Time team.
   10. Click Advance Settings
   11. Select the options desired to override the settings
   
   12. Click Save
   13. You can do the same for the other team, of course, there are more settings for the quiz you need to do in addition to the time allotted. Please see our other tutorials for these settings.
   14. The student or students in the extend time team will be allowed the number of minutes you specified in the override.
