Instructions to Enter Additional Questions

Up to 12 additional questions can be included in a Likert scale format. To add up to 12 additional questions:
  1. Log into My.Scranton using your Username and Password.
  2. Click on the Faculty tab.
  3. Click on Self Service (UIS).
  4. Click on Faculty Services tab.
  5. Click on Faculty Course Evaluation Menu.
  6. Click Additional Questions.
  7. Type in your questions and click Submit.
  8. To return to the UIS, click Return to UIS.
