Junior

Fall Semester

Take some more advanced, 300-level classes in your major to start showing vigor of intellectual activity.

Begin preparing for the LSAT if you have time.  It is important however that the time you put in to preparing for the LSAT does not negatively affect your school work.

Start obtaining material to give to professors for letters of recommendation.  These materials can be found on the law school's admission website

Start exploring law schools by going to law school fairs, looking at websites, and making visits to law schools.  Boston College Law School locator is a great online site to help you compile a list of tentative schools.
