This summer, I had a wonderful experience working as a college intern at Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, PA. I was placed on an Internal Research & Design Project called Serious Games. This project explored many current and potential real-world applications for video game technology, such as military training or using 3D modeling software to virtually model a building and a virtual “walk-through” for any
potential customers. My job for the summer was to learn how to use the 3D Modeling Maya software in conjunction with Photoshop in order to create any entity that could later be incorporated into a game engine in which one can create unique scenarios for any situation.
