To help you plan your academic career, we are posting a tentative schedule for the courses offered by the Biology Department. You can browse through these pages and look for courses by name, instructor, or content area.

A sample of the spreadsheet appears below:

In this example above, you can see that one section of Bio 241 (taught by Dr. Smith) will be offered in the Fall '08, '09, and '10 semesters. This course counts for the O (organismal) content area for the Biology major. The most likely time that the course will be taught is on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 1-2:15 pm.

The Philippines Tropical Organisms and Ecosystems Course (Biology 295) will be offered in Intersession 2011.

We will be offering a new travel course for Intersession 2011 (Extreme Physiology)

Developmental Biology (Biology 351) will be a lecture only course for Spring 2011 (laboratories will NOT be offered)

Sensory Biology (Biology 444) will NOT be offered in Fall 2010
