Biology Course Overview

The Biology department offers a courses in a wide variety of topics and approaches, from Molecular Biology, to Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior. Biology majors take at least one course in Cellular, Genetics, Molecular, Organismal, and Population Biology study areas, thus providing them with a broad perspective of modern Biology.

In addition to our traditional classroom-based course offerings, we offer courses that involve field study and travel. These give our students a unique insight into other environments and cultures, as well as gives them an appreciation of the global applications of the Biological Sciences.
