Information for Prospective Students
Visitor Info:
Prospective students and their families who could not attend Open House are encouraged to visit campus for a group information session and/or campus tour. In addition to being open on weekdays and select Saturdays for visits, we have added an 11:00 group information session followed by a tour on Sunday, November 18 and Sunday, December 2, 2012. You may schedule your visit at scranton.edu/visit or call us at 1-888-SCRANTON.
Applicant Info:
1. We have extended our Early Action deadline to December 1. We will still notify applicants of a decision by December 15. Please visit our website for more information.
2. We have extended our SAT/ACT Optional deadline to December 1. Please visit our website for more information.
3. If you plan to take your SAT's in November and are also applying Early Action, the College Board has informed us that we will not receive your November scores until mid-December due to Hurricane Sandy. This means that we will review your application for acceptance and scholarship with the scores that we currently have on file and send you a decision on December 15, but we will automatically process your November scores when we receive them, make any adjustments to your acceptance and scholarship status and notify you of any changes to your original decision letter.
